Led by Dr. Kyle Diehl, an accomplished board-certified Periodontist who also holds a PhD in Cardiovascular Physiology, our approach reflects the important connection between heart health and gum health, supporting your smile and your overall well-being.
We offer comprehensive diagnosis and specialized treatments with meticulous precision and advanced technology for lasting results.
We work together to deliver exceptional clinical care, rooted in deep expertise, continual learning, and pursuit of evidence-based treatments, so we can diagnose, treat, explain, teach, and empower with excellence.

We go above and beyond to thoroughly educate, ensure clarity, exude empathy, answer all questions, and personalize every aspect of diagnosis and treatment – while making sure patients feel welcome, cared for, and special along the way.
Every patient’s needs are unique, so consultation times may vary. Our specialists are committed to taking the time needed to thoroughly discuss your treatment plan and answer all your questions. When appropriate, same-day treatment options may be available to best suit your needs.
Recent advances in periodontal treatment can improve patient outcomes and preserve many teeth. Your consultation will help us assess and recommend treatment plans based on your unique situation.
We offer oral and intravenous moderate sedation, tailored to each patient. You’ll be monitored throughout the procedure and must arrive with someone to drive you home and care for you afterward. Sedation helps you stay relaxed, reduces anxiety, and may leave you tired with little memory of the procedure. It’s ideal for patients with dental anxiety, sensitivity, or a strong gag reflex.
Yes! Your general dentist leads your dental care. We’ll coordinate your periodontal treatments with them, but you should continue routine check-ups with your general dentist. For periodontal maintenance, you may alternate cleanings every three months between our office and your general dentist.
Brush your dental implant crown like regular teeth with small, circular strokes. Floss gently around the implant’s narrow base. Use a Waterpik or similar tool on the lowest setting for implants. You’ll want to have your implants cleaned professionally every 3-6 months at our office or your dentist’s.
After your consultation, we’ll typically provide a treatment plan with related costs the same day. Some cases may need extra planning or coordination with your dental team, requiring another visit. Many insurance plans cover periodontal treatments, and we’ll help you maximize your benefits.
